Pro-Active on Development
I will work with county and state officials, and local business groups to develop plans and strategies to block bad projects and ensure we have plans in place to ensure any developments create a positive future for Branchburg.

Branch-Burg should have brush pickup
I will push for Branchburg to have at least three brush pickups a year to help homeowners maintain their properties safely and attractively.

Branchburg homeowners have to put up with far too many blackouts.
All if takes is a strong wind form a portion of Branchburg to lose power at homes and businesses. I will use Branchburg’s collective customer relationship as well as the fact that power lines are on our rights of way to ensure JCP&L is held accountable.
To draw customers for our retail outlets and help our residents get around, Branchburg should seek grants and work with retailers to install charging stations for EVs.

Branchburg doesn't even know what's possible because it doesn't know what it has in available land and desirable properties.
I will call for a full municipal survey to identify opportunities for open space, increasing parkland, and reasonable development to support the future of Branchburg.

The Township Committee exists to support the residents, but makes decisions without consulting or working with the local residents.
The Township Committee continues to make decisions without strategies — like spending $28M on two vacant lots with no plan for how to use them — because they do not work with the residents to identify needs and possibilities. I will always reach out to residents impacted by our decisions BEFORE making those decisions.
